For this dress, it can be either dressed down or up depending on the occasion of course. This dress gives a wider variety as to which shoes to wear. I obviously picked bold black ankle boots but because the boots are over powering the dress a bit, i added a wide belt to balance the attention.

for this, you have to look at the bigger picture, everything besides the boots are a flushed color, easily forgotten but not so fast! these beautiful RED ankle boots are here to the rescue! notice that the dress is a bit looser so i added boots that are JUST below the ankle making the allusion of a longer leg. Be careful not to wear ankle boots with a dress below the knees unless you have the height requirements of a model. :]

This outfit is simple and chic but adding a little jazz to the shoes makes it a lot more appealing. Everything is black and white and the Dolce Gabbana dress is more formal so ankle boots wouldn't be a good choice but a orange Dior heels are better.
